We are currently looked for an outstanding Presentations Designer to join our thriving team and to exceed our clients’ expectations.

We are looking for an experienced, collaborative and passionate Presentations Designer to join a ‘full-service’ healthcare communications agency based in London.

You’ll work with colleagues and on your own initiative to create engaging presentations for clients and pitch-winning proposals. Ideas will be brought to life in strategically driven, creative design solutions in answer to a client brief, or in collaboration with our talented team.

You will possess an expert ability for conceiving and constructing layouts, and the skill to apply animations and interactive elements to presentations. With a proven track record of creating design for presentations and proposals - you will be an innovative problem solver and creative thinker.

The candidate will be required to create presentations primarily using Powerpoint. A good level of knowledge in Illustrator and Photoshop are required as well as a working knowledge of Adobe Indesign.

With excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail, you’ll be a supportive member of the team, with the ability to multi-task and craft ideas under pressure to deliver to brief and deadline.


Duties and skills:

  • Experienced in organising, managing and developing pitch-winning presentations.
  • A master of PowerPoint and a good working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite - preferably in an agency setting
  • Participate in a wide range of projects and pitches where Powerpoint is required
  • Working with the client services team and management team to deliver tailored presentations for new business meetings
  • Bring creative thinking and new ideas to the presentation process
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deliver a clear, concise, on-brand message.
  • Ability to think on your feet and grow as part of a team in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Pro-actively participate in client briefings, internal briefings and project debriefs
  • Source imagery and create visual elements as required
  • Suggest ways of improving the presentation process throughout the company
