Account Manager

Location: London, Camden


We are looking for an experienced Account handler to take responsibility for the management and successful completion of key projects within an account, ensuring that internal teams make appropriate, timely contributions so our projects exceed our clients expectations.  Our Account Managers, supported by Account Executives, are responsible for all aspects of a project including budgeting, briefing, scheduling, delivery and reconciliations.  Our Account Managers also identify and develop opportunities for business development.

 The ideal candidate must:

  •             be scientifically literate, with a Bachelor’s Degree or higher, preferably in biomedical sciences
  •             have proven experience in a medical communications agency; previous experience of Account Management essential
  •             knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly as regards marketing and medical education,
  •             knowledge of compliance and the regulatory environment
  •        knowledge and experience of working in multiple therapy areas
  •        experience of managing a wide variety of different types of medical communications activities
  •        digital experience or knowledge of digital/new technologies an advantage
