Client Services Associate

Location: Indianapolis, USA

 

Basic requirements:

  • Relevant and recent agency experience (medical education or medical communications)
  • Life sciences degree (Bachelor’s)
  • Enthusiasm for scientific communication
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Proven understanding of the regulatory environment
  • Experience in financial tracking advantageous

Job responsibilities:

Reporting to the Client Services Director in our London office, the successful candidate will be a principal point of contact for US-based clients, with responsibility for executing multiple concurrent projects both nationally and internationally – from taking a client brief, through scoping, budgeting, and internal team coordination, to successful project delivery. The ability to build and maintain relationships with clients is critical, and, as part of this, the capability to engage in discussion with clients regarding their products and associated therapy areas is paramount to success.

 

The role may involve travel, predominantly within the US though internationally on occasion.
